How the Keyword Clustering Tool works
The tool groups keywords by the meaningful terms they share, ignoring filler words like 'best', 'free', and 'how'. It repeatedly finds the term covering the most ungrouped keywords and makes that a cluster, then suggests the shortest keyword in each group as your pillar page — usually the head term the others are variations of. Raise the grouping strength to require two shared terms when your list covers several distinct topics.
